For the health and safety of my practice, my clients and their families, services are provided either online; by phone or tele-health video and/or in-person; Walk & Talk or In-Home Therapy. Our confidential platform is safe, secure and simple.
**Space is limited for Walk & Talk AND In-Home Therapy. Some exceptions may apply
Services are offered weekly, bi-weekly or once per month. The frequency of sessions is typically discussed during the initial intake and can be adjusted throughout your therapy plan.
Mutual respect, trust and honestly are the core elements in the foundation of BB Counselling & Behavioural Therapy.
My role as a therapist is defined by my clients ability to be open and to discuss matters freely.
This practice adheres to the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA) regulations. Limitations to confidentiality will be reviewed at the start of your initial session.
How many sessions should I attend?
Your treatment plan is specific to your individual needs and your therapy sessions depend on the type of support you're looking for as well as the intensity of the problems that continue to persist in your life.
BB Counselling & Behavioural Therapy uses brief assessment to help determine which modality is best for you. After that, the amount and frequency of sessions is up to you.
